Albertus is pleased to announce that Professor Douglas Spencer, J.D. will deliver this year's Constitution Day talk. Professor Spencer's talk will focus on the Voting Rights Act. As you know, this year marks the 50th anniversary of the Voting Rights Act, and the Act has been the center of much discussion and controversy in light of the Supreme Court's decision in Shelby vs. Holder.
